ORDERS
All orders are processed and shipped from Hoboken, NJ usually within one to three business days of the order being placed. If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please select 'in-store pick up' at checkout to waive the shipping fee. An order confirmation will be emailed once the order is ready to be picked up. All 'in-store pick up' orders placed after 6:00pm est, will be ready for pick up on the following day.
We are pleased to offer a free local delivery service to all customers in Hoboken, NJ. If you would like to place an online order for local delivery, please select 'Hoboken Delivery' at checkout. All Hoboken delivery orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered between 4-6pm the same day!
WEB RETURNS
All items, excluding beauty and wellness products, may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Beauty and wellness items are FINAL SALE. All product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. MARGO does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE.
Return requests for online purchases must be made and shipped within five (5) days from the delivery date as recorded by shipment tracking. In order to make a return request and receive a Return Authorization number, please contact customerservice@themargomarket.com. Items purchased from themargomarket.com may not be returned to our brick & mortar store location prior to an authorized return request.

STORE RETURNS
Items purchased in store may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or to receive refund to original method of payment. Returns processed after seven (7) days will be refunded at store credit only. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. Store returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. All beauty and wellness are FINAL SALE. MARGO does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE.
All international orders will be FINAL SALE.
